Since 1980 ongoing photographic projects in Frankfurt and London and the coastal areas of Britain and France. This portfolio shows a selection from the projects.
The photos in the series Halcyon Days were taken in fairgrounds in Frankfurt and in the seaside towns of Blackpool, Scarborough, Bridlington and Brighton. Strange shores is a portrayal of a small town on the west coast of Scotland.
Hometown and LondonEye show a selection of images from four decades of street photography in Frankfurt and London.

Morag Hall is a street photographer. Originally from Scotland, she lives and works in Germany
1979 - 1984 studied Visual Communication at the the University of Art and Design in Offenbach, Germany
Since 1980 I have taken photos in the streets of Frankfurt and London with the aim to capture a feeling for the years.
While the face of the city quickly changes, the still image focuses on and freezes a moment of a certain time.
Fairgrounds are captivating; photographing seaside towns in England and funfairs in Germany is a long-term project of mine.
Up until fairly recently I used medium-format film cameras, printing the black-and-white images myself.
